Day 37, Tauranga, New Zealand
Tauranga, our third New Zealand Port and home of our Cruise Director Cole
The tug helped us turn around and pull in right in front of our sister ship, the Coral Princess,
And we slid sideways in right in front of the Coral
The gangways were in place
We saw some of the Ducks (old Amphibious vehicles) that take people on land and then straight into the water.
Our stop for some refreshments and if needed a shower!

As they did some demonstrations, they pulled some of us. Toni got picked for this one.

Well, everyone is onboard and the gangway were put away. Time to leave.
We are pulling out and heading south

Full Moon over Tauranga. He kept waving at us, then turned around dropped them.
And we were all monitoring Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle. The captain had said yesterday that they we working multiple contingencies. When we got onboard he told us that the three remaining New Zealand ports were cancelled. We would head straight down to the Cook Strait between New Zealand's North Island and South Island (where two of our remaining ports were) and straight toward Australia. We would be adding Melbourne as a new port.
