After the cooling demonstration, we got a tour of the galley.

Lots of plates and bowels. The Galley Bar.
 

Every dish had a picture of the presentation of the dish.





This was the same guy that also did the Ice Sculptors.



They were all glad to see us.

Day 31 American Samoa

American Samoa  Pago Pago Bay is one of the most dramatic harbors in the South Pacific, a region known for dramatic landscapes. I know have made it that anyone can comment.  Please add you name if you do comment so we know who is commenting.  We hope you are enjoying this as much as we are.   Also, if you have younger children, they might like https://braydenflatstan.blogspot.com/  Toni's cousin's grandson (the genealogy person in me will say 1st cousin, twice removed) gave us a flat Stanley (with a backup incase we dropped him into the ocean!!) on the day we left. We had no idea what it was but are having fun with it and do a blog with pictures of him and hopefully writing things a little more educational for the young ones!  I have both linked to each other.
